Located on 1st Street in Calexico
Monthly Rent = $600
Deposit = $200
All Utilities Included.
Cable Included.
Personal Washer and Dryer Included.
Private Entrance.
Shaded Parking.

I'm moving out of the studio I'm renting and the landlord asked me if I know anyone that might be interested in renting it after I move out. I think this is a really good deal, but need a bigger place for me and my kids. PM me for more info if you are interested.

You forgot:

Borderfront property.
Fence jump away from Mexico.
Access to live border wait times.
24 security courtesy of U.S. CBP.
And muchos mas.

I wouldn't mind building a mansion on first street with a view over the fence.

600.00 for a studio? Isn't that too high? I bet is in an alley too, right? How sad.

If you can find a studio with a lower monthly rent that includes cable and washer and dryer, then let us know about it. And, no, it is not in an alley.

Casinos...high rent...any chance of having a gay-African-American Mayor in Calecia? 600 bones...wow! Decent one-bedroom houses were that much not too long ago...

One-bedroom houses?!?! When was that? During the Depression?

This is a large one bedroom studio apartment. You might be able to find another one bedroom apartment for a lower monthly rent, but once you add the gas, electricity (especially with a washer and dryer), and cable you'll actually end up paying more than the $600/month, unless you're willing to live in Seeley, Ocotillo, Winterhaven or anywhere north of Imperial, or you are a senior citizen, or a Section 8 recepient.
