I wonder how Dunga will come out and play. It was reported that he was livid that some of his star athletes bypassed the tournament.
Copa Oro was so long ago...so vamos muchachos!
Let's see improvement, heart, and good Mexican soccer. |

I just wished that C.Blanco was no longer on the squad. He was solid for this past Cup, but times a changing.
In with the new. Play the players who want to play and develop this team for the next World Cup. |

It's called Hugo was pressured to win now and thus he had to play J.Borgetti, C.Blanco, and el Bofo. |

Mexico's defense is now playing way better. G.Torrado is Mexico's unsung hero since R.Marquez and N.Castillo are stealing the show.
What a difference wanting to play for 'la verde' makes. Out three 'european' players who made all the excuses not to play and Hugo's squad takes off.
I wonder if A.Medina can ever take F.Arce spot. The return of G.Pineda should help this squad. |

Usually there's three options to watch the Seleccion play on tv.
1. Univision. But trust me only as a last resort because that guy is so damn annoying.
2. TVAzteca. Not friendly to Hugo, so a lot of bashing going on.
3. Televisa. E.Bermudes in the second half has me watching, but this last game they spend 15-30 minutes arguing how they would put C.Blanco in and how they should do this and that. Then another 10 justifying their take, instead of calling the damn game.
Whatever happened to just calling the game? Also, these color commentators are not happy with an ugly win, but praise other teams for losing. I caught the last 10 minutes of the US-Paraguay game and TVAzteca commentators were given praise on how good the US played. Even after the final whistle blew with the game 3-1 in favor of Paraguay these same commentators gave praise to the US, but Mexico can't get any love for winning a game 2-1. |

It's cause we're so damn negative.
At least that's what pato would say. I made a comment during the U-20 MEX match about how they kept on missing the goals and pato retaliated with "they're attacking."
Some see the negative side of things. Others see the positive.
I like complaining. It's a lot more fun than praising. |

I myself am not happy with El Tri's performance. Yes the've won 2 games in a row, but they have been real boring games. They remind me of Lapuente's Necaxa of the late 90's. Let's face it, if Nery Castillo would of said Fuck You to Hugo, this team wouldn't have shit. This would be the exact same team as Lavolpe's, which Hugo so heavily critiziced. It's no coincidence that Pardo, Osorio and Salcido walked out of the team. They're not tired, this is their way of saying Fuck You Hugo !!! He has made some shitty decisions in his few games he has coached. Leaves Blanco in the bench and as soon as he puts him in, what does he do? Gives Bravo 3/4 a goal. Nery was close to walking out cause Hugo didn't play him vs CR and Guadaloupe.
I've personally been cheering for the other team to beat mexico so they can get rid of Hugo. FUCK YOU HUGO !!!
TV Azteca is my favorite channel to watch the games, the addition of Jorge Campos to the commentary team makes it even funner to watch. |
