Just heard a few minutes ago on KPBS 97.7 FM about some man's wallet that was found after 40 years of being lost. The report claimed the wallet was found by a construction crew member at an El Centro movie theater that is being restored. The wallet, including charge cards, was stuck behind an old radiator. I don't recall the delighted owner's name.
Sounds like it was the Fox/Crest theater that is now becoming The Spot night club.
Anyway, I thought that was pretty cool.
And to think he didn't even have to post a "I lost a..." message on the Internet either. |
