Reel lawnmower blade sharpening

I have an old McLane reel lawnmower that needs to have its blades sharpened. A couple years back I took it into the lawnmower shop in El Centro right before the curve onto Adams Ave. It's the one that used to read "LAWNMOWER" in big black bold block letters on the west wall. That place is gone now (and only a few of the letters are left), so I need to find another place, preferably in Calexico.

Any suggestions?

The manual recommends the sharpening be done by a "properly equipped service center." Which unless I want to chop off some fingers, I agree with since it's not as easy to as on a rotary lawnmower.
