Hot off the PRESS!!!
I'm surprised this made MSNBC.COM
"KYMA-TV
June 7
Imperial - Calexico Police arrested a real estate agent, who they say was scamming homeowners out of their cash. Police say Miguel Enciso was taking payments for the home of a Calexico couple.
But instead of paying off the house, he was pocketing the money !
Calexico Police arrested him after they found out about the scam.
He's being charged with grand theft and fraud.
Police say he was running his real estate company out of his car.
His broker's license has been revoked and his salesman license suspended.

| This isn't the first time Miguel Enciso has been in trouble with the law. I'm told this is the same guy who while employed by Calexico P.D. and working for the Calexico PAL had an affair with a 16-year-old PAL volunteer. |

C.com or his holiness should create a shrine for this guy. Some thing like C.com's walk of fame. Picture included. |

C'mon now firestarter get the story somewhat straight,...
Patrick was the Officer accused of having sexual relations with the minor, not Erick, Patricks friend Erick went to another agency and was caught in a theft sting where he would arrest persons, and then take things from their vehicles. Money, Cd's stuff like that.
Enciso is suspected of funneling PAL funds into his properties and vehicles, (sounds like his regular scam), Joe was importing 900 pounds of cocaine through the port, and that is just in the last 8 years. The funny thing is this is just the proverbial tip of the iceberg, lots of minor misconducts, but some never go away from lore, like known associations(ahem) with prostitutes, cable theft, illegal entry into lockers to take incriminating videos, the list actually goes on and on. Its a great way to entertain yourself.
Drunk on duty in a city vehicle? Great! that one was rampant for awhile.
and then we had the Owl beatdown and weapons loss, and My buddys place debaucles, all of these have been perpetrated by "Golden Boys" of the PD. I cant wait to see what happens next.
And before anybody gets pissed off, shut up, it happened. Ive had my name dragged through the mud too, (Go Customs!)

Was this guy associated with "Best Choice" realty?
They closed them down about a month ago. They scammed my g-father out of 250.00. Miguel went over to his house about 3 weeks ago saying the company was not closed but that they were opening in El Centro, close to the mall.
Is it the same guy?? |

Youd better come down to the station with your paperwork. It doesn't look good.

I read the IV Press today on this guy. Your grandfather should visit the broker-Sam Villanueva at Amigo Real Estate in Calexico and ask for his money.
Hopefully the DA will prosecute him and send him to jail so he can eat some mixed salad. |

We do need a master list of scam artists like this guy to be posted somewhere. It's amazing as to how many people you run into that have been scammed by local "businesses."
Yours truly included. I was burned with a few hundred bones by a cement contractor a couple years back, later to find that other people who had hired him were scammed out of thousands (one totaling $15K) before he skipped town. After a few weeks of not showing up to work, I went to the mofos house and it was vacant. The bastard had moved out and I hear his in Vegas working there now. His name was Alfredo B. (don't remember the exact last name).
Now I take a lot responsibility for getting shafted because I didn't check with others for references and only went with one person's reference who was truly unaware of their BS. But if I would have checked out some of the other jobs he was working on, I'd have avoided this and possibly helped out the other victims. I feel bad for those who lost thousands.
So trust me. I've thought about posting the names of people/businesses like this on C.com, but imagine the lawsuits. I don't exactly have the bucks to drop on legal advice either, not to mention hiring a lawyer each time a sue-happy con-artist targets C.com.
I was told Calexico city hall had a posted list of contractors who had so many complaints towards them. But the list was taken down when one specific contractor decided to run for city council last year. His name was reportedly on the list. |
