I thought las Palmas and Santo Tomas were the same owner.
Even if they're not, Santo Tomas vendors always sell at Las Palmas on Wednesdays, so it's their loss too.

A lot of those buildings or structures don't meet building codes so they don't have fire insurance. City officials look the other way because they are afraid of the political clout of the swap meet property owners.
ONLY IN CALEXICO- Illegal structures but dollars and freebies to the elected leaders. |
