If you survive, after your reconstructive surgery, you can tell me how guns have no place in a rock fight. Deal? If not shut up about rock throwers getting lead pumped into their ignorant, criminal bodies. |

| I live on First Street in Calexico and Border Patrol jump in and out of my yard with no regard for me and my family. How close are we to Communist Soviet Union or Nazi Germany? It seems that it's been getting closer every day since 9-11. |

Well unless its david from david and goliath tossing the rock, I'm sure that our well trained border patrol agents have the quickness to dodge a rock. I mean unless you want to just stand there and see how good the dudes aim is with the rock.
I think the point is that you can shoot the dude in the leg at least, why kill him? give me a good reason to kill the dude over shooting him in the leg and I'll gladly STFU. |

A couple of seconds before the shooting the agent looks like he is quicking up dirt, then he makes a motion with his rifle near the individual.
I couldn't see where the person's lead foot (left) was pointing toward to, but his hips are pointing north bound towards the SUV. It seems if the person wanted to throw a rock at the agent he would have done so before when he was north of the SUV.
As for justification, if I get all Big Lewboski on your car and when you come outside can you shoot me? Can you use deadly force solely to protect property? Aren't law enforcement trained professionals? |
