An unidentified Calexico police officer has been put on administrative leave* after shooting at the guy who allegedly almost ran him over with a car. The cop hit the car, missed the guy, and the suspect was shortly after arrested and thrown in County.

* Apparently this is standard practice after a cop is involved in a shooting and the incident is under investigation.
