When I went to go see The Two Towers. I saw a semi-preview for Dumb & Dumberer. All the preview was, was a black screen with a voice-over that said "Coming this summer."
For those of you who aren't sure, yes, this is the prequal to Dumb & Dumber:

It's cool that they're making a prequal, I thought the original has to be one of the funniest movies ever made.
The thing that doesn't sit right with me about this movie is that the people who were originally going to make this movie were none other than Tre Parker and Matt Stone (creators of Southpark).
When they proposed this idea to the man, they were turned down. From some rumors I've heard, what was actually made is some form of "teen-movie." If this is true, that sucks. What a waste of two perfectly good characters. |

I have to agree with you. I'm looking forward to it based on the original movie alone. I pray they don't fuck it up. |

it is harry and lloyd, it's just not the same actors. they are calling it "When Harry Met Lloyd." |

That guy's pretty cool. I could see him playing the part of a younger Lloyd, but according to IMDB Eric Christian Olsen and Derek Richardson will be playing the roles of Lloyd Christmas and Harry Dunne, respectively. I don't know if this information is fact or fiction.
