Exactly, fighter or boxer. Fighter vale tudo any MMA guy would win. strictly boxing and you might have a fight, but more than likely the boxer would win.

We had Karate black belts fight jiu jitsu white belts, guess what, when the punching and kicking is out, they got taken to the ground and submitted. If we allowed the kicks and strikes, well the karate guys would have a big advantage, but if there is a clinch and the fight went to the ground, it would only be a matter of time. We've all seen this, why are we discussing it? Lets just watch chuck rampage beat the hell out of each other!

D.White and co. have revived boxing. Boxing probably would have slowly decreased and maybe gone away, but people while writing more about MMA have also written more about boxing too.
Plus, recently articles have stated that MMA is getting better rating than Neckcar and the NBA. The day MMA gets NBA money then they can say that they are better than the NBA. Shit, Monday Night Football ratings have dramatically declined in the recent years, but no one is saying that the NFL is on the decline.
As for the fight, I caught it on dailymotion. Did I hear boo's from the crowd? Was Chuck even knocked out?
Look, MMA will be around for years to come, but they better produce better main events then that. Boxing style MMA fights are duds. |
