Don't offend the Wii in that way, man. The iPod is more like those shitty all-in-one controller gamesets you buy at mall kiosks and Santo Tomas. |

| Don't be hating elchrist, you know ipods are way cooler than portable cd players! I know you beat up & stole that zune from that poor kid who stole your bike. Who later used it to work for the IV press and throw the newspaper around medows, so he can later buy his zune. Pinchi bully, you did it to pobre chinito jose luis, now this kid? Let me guess, you're an iPansy?
Basically both the Zune and iPod are the same thing right now, but for MS to come out with a 1st generation media/MP3 player with this type of ass kicking-ness (and Apple being at their 5th gen.), the 2nd gen. Zune is gonna dominate. Apple is freaking out.
Yes, yes. The Zune is based on the Toshiba Gigabeat, but that don't matter.
Apple is working on a $500/$600 iPhone that is going to be pointless due to it's small storage capacity. What's the point of the large screen? And BTW, Microsoft is working on a Zune phone as well, so big whoop.

Oh, and J.Loo is probably so cool that he already has himself a Zune. In fact, he's probably a Zune Master. |

I don't own either one of them, i have a samsung XM radio that also works as mp3 player and i do believe that ZUNE sucks.
MS is working hard on music piracy so ZUNE will eventually ask you for a license to play the songs. |

You appear to know absolutely nothing about the Zune, DRM and the direction that digital recordings are heading.
Although I don't use it, the Zune subscription model works well. Pay $15 a month for as much music as you want. You get to pick and choose what you want to hear, not like how your XM service chooses for you.
And what are your thoughts on the Sirius+XM merger? Nice little monopoly, wouldn't you agree? Or is it OK because it's not M$? |

The iPod sucks, because of DRM, and the fact that you can only add songs from the same computer you added the first ones sucks, its pricey and scratches real easy. The Zune is an iPod wannabee. The iPod holds about 87% of the portable music player market, so Microsoft wants a piece of the pie and made "the iPod killer", which sucks if you ask me. I guess i'll just stick to my portable tape player.
About the iPhone, Steve Jobs is building alot of hype about it, I hope it does live up to it's expectations. From the specs, it has potential. The only drawback is the lack of 3G capability, and some say the "multi touch" screen is crap. We will not know until it comes out on June 29. Or maybe we won't know, because Cingular is always ROAMING in Calecia.
BTW, I think the iPhone is also very PRICEY. Don't get me wrong, I like expensive gadgets, but for the price, i'd rather stick with my Samsung a900m and spend a lil' more and get me a brand spankin new MacBook. |
