Tijuana PD got their guns confiscated after an investigation on their involvement/collaboration with drug traffikers was launched. They protested by issuing slingshots and a bag of marbels to some of the cops

| I heard since the resorteras were issued, the kidnappings and killings have stopped. Hmm that makes you think that the coruption is high at TJPD. Think about it. |
