You can also wait until late 2008 and get yourself an Android (Google) based phone.
I'm under contract until 12/2009 with Sprint, so I'm not going anywhere soon. Although I'm pretty happy with paying $30 a month for 500 minutes, unlimited SMS and unlimited Internet thanks to Sprint SERO. |

Hey, the iPhone 3G in Mexico is about half the price of the US version.
$75 for 8GB. $180 for 16GB.
Does Mexicali have an operational 3G network? |

| I think they do, its the capital of Baja California so I don't see why they wouldn't. They always get everything before we do, I remember when they had Cable internet/dsl before we did. |
