Wow, a brand spankin' new and fully equipped ambulance was donated to the City of Calexico by an anonymous philanthropist. I assume this person is local, but the donation was started up because of some ambulance incident discussed in a city council meeting.

He is not a local person, its a developer by the name of steve hyman. Thanks steve for the christmas present! |

So what is this developer getting in return? Seriously, we want to know if he's getting any kickbacks besides the probable tax write-off. |

What ever it is, if its something big... then he should get tax write-off!
