Aside from the ongoing rants that I have over the fact that El Centro is taking away all the major retailers that could have come to Calexico if only the City would have gotten on the ball thing…
I must say that it is a good thing that Best Buy will come to the Imperial Valley. The only thing that could happen that would turn this marvelous event into what Yuma already experienced would be a Best Buy that is as small as a 3 bedroom house. Yuma, to their surprise got that “Crap” of a Best Buy two years ago and ever since, the people of the Yuma region and some of the Imperial Valley region have to rely on the pathetic availability of electronics that the store had.
Now with the announcement that there will be a new Best Buy in Imperial Valley, I just hope that “El Centro” does not drop the ball and let Best Buy opt to build one of their “small” stores in the Valley.
Anyone got some intel on this?? |
