hey, i just want to mention if Calecia.com can open some discussion forum similar to craigslist http://sandiego.craigslist.org/ for housing, jobs, furniture, stuff, etc..
that will be pretty tight... just a thought.. |

| oh, also i noticed that the "EVENTS" part of the site appears to be pretty "unused" it actually looks like a great tool to post events...i was wondering why it is not used more frequently to post shows, meetings, and other "EVENTS" |

Something similar is planned for the Calecia.com Revamp. We have a thread named Buy, Sell or Trade in Shopping & Living which is our current crappy little classifieds section.
Give that a try for now. |

Calecia.com Events also needs to get revamped... For now we're using the Events & Places forum to post new events, shows, meets, etc. |

So I spent some hours coding up a "Craigslist Calecia" and put up a beta (test) version at:
Calecia.com Classifieds
http://www.calecia.com/classifieds/
This still needs a lot of work on my end, but most of the basic functionality is there. Except for the part where you contact the person who listed the item... I'll get to that hopefully during the next few days.
Give it a try and let me know if it sucks or rules.
