People in the valley live fast paced lives, hence the need for fast food... |

When was the last time you cooked? |
I honestly cook every single day. It's not that hard to open up a box of cereal or a yogurt in the morning to have breakfast. I prepare my lunch the night before, and I cook dinner. Fast food is seldom a choice. |
Nice. Well I guess you're not one of the millions of obese people in this country that the fast food industry caters to. |

I would consider many items on EPL's menu to be healthy. The grilled chicken, sans skin, is the main one and they actually offer nutritional sides. |

| I notice a lot of new portable outdoor BBQ stands- mainly serving tacos de carne asada. Let's see: The outdoor trailer at the gas station- Meadows Rd.,near high school. Guesthouse Suites-Imperial Ave., Ruben's-Emerson, The Arab market across the street from the Post Office. I have tried them all - pretty good. jack in the box has good salads; sonic burger is tasty. |

It's no longer a market owned by Arabs, but a taco shop/stand only. I saw David Ouzan behind the register when I checked it out, so I guess this makes it an Israeli taco shop. He seemed to be real courteous to the customers, so I'll give him that. |

I think the EPL had a grand opening or some type of celebration over the weekend. The parking lot was completely full.
It must have been invite only... |

Passed by this morning and the EPL had a sign stating it is now open.
Passed by on Sunday and there was a gang of EPL employees on the corner taking a group photo. |
