| The border seems to have an ongoing evolution dependent on the clientele. Besides seeing aggressive panhandlers, has anyone noticed the overly skanky 14-year olds selling their products ( with an obvious twist)? It might just be me but I have seen these girls at 1am walking around and getting really close to the male drivers (I haven't had the pleasure...shucks!). Surprisingly every guy I have seen the girls talk to, buys something. |

I just witnessed 3 guys taking turns shooting up on the sidewalk very close to the POE booths. Before I saw them, one guy was completely zoned out walking around all the cars knocking on windows and hoods.
Mex needs to put some security on the line before things get any worse. |

| With a new border fence and all the new US Military, National Guard, beefed-up Border Patrol enforcing the fence. It will be harder to cross therefore a lot of desperate types hanging around. Plus the new meth made in Mexico is creating a lot of new druggies. Before they just exported but this new chemical of meth is cheap on the street. It will probably take the dead body of a a rich fresa or some gringo before the Mexican authorites clean up the streets. |

| I believe that the Mexicali authorities should do what the authorities in Tijuana did for their main POE. They basically have genuine businesses at the border and those same people run the panhandlers out of the line. Maybe I’ve been lucky at TJ but if they do have a program in place, it’s definitely working. |

I'm surprised it took you that long to see that. The cops are constantly arresting 'tecatos' at the border. It's funny to see when they see the cops and they just throw something (bag/needles) in plain sight. |
