GFz should be looking into sueing this fat bastard for breaching the contract, assuming there was a contract... |
The question is whether GF'z report their earnings to the IRS. |

thanks for that link!! I need all the proof I can get... They said his flight had been "delayed" but we checked online and the weather in ft. lauderdale was cloudy and at 86 degrees. There is a contract and we are in the process.
on a side note: some artist don't put their performances on their sites. Most of them don't run their own myspace accounts so you have to go through road managers, marketing, the label, all kinds of b.s, that's why we have the artists state the event in their own voice, that way it's confirmed by them! hey I could get a drop for Calecia.com next time... |

So what is going to happen? Court action? Another promised concert thingy? Gooffellaz getting their money back, if you had to pay him? |

Sounds very unprofessional of them as most fans would be checking out their Web site for tours.
Those bands that just rely on MySpace.com pages are posers and will be left high and dry once that "social networking" site dies out. Fox is out to make a buck on this site and could ultimately really care about what the users want. |
