...NEAR RECORD HIGH TEMPERATURES FORECAST BY SATURDAY...

IT WILL CONTINUE GETTING HOTTER WITH THE HOTTEST WEATHER SO FAR THIS YEAR FORECAST FOR TODAY...FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. THEN...LITTLE CHANGE IS EXPECTED THROUGH MONDAY. DESERT HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL REACH OR EXCEED 110 DEGREES AT MOST LOCATIONS INCLUDING THE YUMA AND GREATER PHOENIX AREAS BY THIS WEEKEND. THESE TEMPERATURES ARE CLOSE TO 10 DEGREES HIGHER THAN THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURES FOR THE BEGINNING OF JUNE AND CLOSE TO RECORD HIGH TEMPERATURES FOR THE FIRST FEW DAYS OF JUNE.

IF YOU ARE OUTDOORS IN THE VERY HOT WEATHER...DRINK PLENTY OF NON- ALCOHOLIC FLUIDS. IF YOU ARE IN THE SUN...WEAR LIGHT COLORED CLOTHING AND A WIDE-BRIMMED HAT. IF POSSIBLE... COMPLETE AS MUCH OUTDOOR ACTIVITY AS YOU CAN EARLIER IN THE MORNING WHEN IT IS RELATIVELY COOLER AND THERE IS LESS INTENSE SUNSHINE.

Tomorrow's going to be freaking hot, damn. My poor dog is going to die, if only he didn't pee inside..

I wonder how hot it will get in the summer, I hope we break a record. 130. Cool

Damn Saturday was hot!!! Every year, usually during the cold-ass winter, I forget how f***n hot it gets. The wife and I decided to hibernate; we just chilled, watched movies, read, cleaned our pad, and slept....then came out for a raspado until late in the afternoon and on to Mexicali to get some recreation. But that's how all desert animals do it right? We're the only ones crazy enough to try to live in the desert by day.

Was I the only one who woke up to the sound of two semi-trucks colliding at 4:30ish AM?

Frightening sounds the sky can make.
