I've seen a couple of taco stands on the streets as of late in Calexico, both of which I've yet to try. One is apparently Taco Mex and is located across the street from from Sol Market on Meadows Ave. in the Texaco parking lot. The other is in the Hollie's parking lot across from the bar.
The Taco Mex stand is actually a nice looking van-type stand, while the other one at Hollie's resembles more of a hot dog cart, which it could actually end up being one.
Has the City of Calexico begun to allow outdoor cooking sales? More importantly, has anyone tried out any of these outdoor taco stands in Calexico? |

Do you really eat tacos in Mex? Do you have any idea how much a taco in Mex costs nowadays?
Either you eat the tacos the lady makes at la linea for about 4 for $10 pesos or you are totally unaware that tacos now on average cost $11 pesos anywhere you go.
That's about $1.10 if you don't exchange your dollars, but I'm sure you do since seem to be such a cheap bastard.
