The third installment of the Resident Evil movie trilogy is planned to start filming in Mexicali, Mexico beginning mid-May according to Canadian horror Web site HorrorMovies.ca and a black entertainment Web site named Lee Baily's EURweb.com.
Resident Evil: Extinction "will follow Alice leading a pack of humans through the Nevada desert toward Alaska, all while hunted by zombies from the dubious Dr. Isaacs."
Starring in the film will be Milla Jovovich, Sienna Guillory, Mike Epps, Oded Fehr and Iain Glen.
I haven't seen any of the films nor played any of the video games (of which the movie was based on), but I wouldn't mind playing a zombie as an extra. |

| Hahaha I can see why they would film it in Mexicali. Some areas are scary, I don't doubt one of the actors being shot or kidnapped. |

| A friend of mine told me that they start filming at like 4 AM at the carretera to san felo...anyone know if people can still be extras? |

Not at the moment.
They've already made 2 castings for zombies, one about 2 months or so and another one like 2 and a half weeks ago, i went to the second one but i got there an hour late and they already had all the people they needed but i have some friends who got a part since the first casting and they say it wouldn't be a surprise if they call people up again for a new casting. Theyre filming at the laguna salada. |
