A lot of microwaveable food is real awful, so when I find something that tastes good out of the microwave, I usually keep buying it.
Most recently I purchased some White Castle cheeseburgers at Albertson's since they were on sale for $3.49 (original price: $4.49; package of six). I figured it would be a long time before I eat at an actual White Castle restaurant and they've been selling these since 1987 (plus they were on sale), so I went for it.
I had my doubts, but I figured they couldn't be that bad. So I read the directions (they suggest you loosely wrap them in a paper towel) and plopped them in el micro. 2 minutes and 10 seconds later, they were done.
I started eating them and guess what?... they actually pretty damn good! I ended up eating 3, since they're real small, and I was real satisfied. Who would've thought frozen hamburgers would be any good? Well these are. |

The problem I find is that, microwaved food ends up soggy, or tasting plasticy. Does anyone know if those "containers" for microwaves (the ones that are supposed to make the food come out like if it was out of the oven) actually work? If they do, that would be a good investment.
The best microwaved food are those Bagel Bits. The pizza on a bagel ones. |

| Microwave brownies are a really good quick snack. The package even contaings its own plastic cooking pan and everything. You just mix up the powder with some oil and water (and a certain herb if you are so inclined), mix it up and throw it in the microwave. In about 5 minutes you'll have a delicious snack. |

Pizza Pockets (both regular and light) are good as well. Each serving is wrapped individually in it's own plastic wrapper (which is removed) and you slide it into a heating device. I know you've seen them... those sleeves that have an aluminum lining inside. |

Any idea who makes these?
Anyone remember microwave fries? Those things were gross.  |

I don't remember the name, but the description you're giving sounds very familiar. I personally didn't like them. |

The microwave brownies were made by Duncan Hines or Betty Crocker.
Another good microwave snack I just thought of but isn't really microwave food are those cheese bread sticks they sell at Costco. You throw those bad boys in there for like 25 seconds and you got yourself a hot, crunchy, cheesy snack! |

There's some little burritos that are decent called Tina's. They usually run for 3 for a buck. Just add some amor or tapatio and they do the job.
When your drunk off your ass and don't want to risk the dui, just pop like 3 in the microwave and that will hold you over. |
