Wal-Mart is having their Wal-Mart Supercenter "ribbon cutting" event in El Centro at the end of the month. You can cut the electricity in the air with a knife. The buzz is resonating throughout El Centro and everyone's so excited. They're so excited and they just can't hide it*.

Get ready to save El Centrocans. Wal-Mart's gonna be rolling back the prices on all your fruits and vegetables while you watch television on the Wal-Mart TV Network. Don't mind the little ma' and pa' shops disappearing, 'cause what matters most is you saving two cents.

And don't fret Braw-hee-haws, 'cause you're chance to save is coming right around the corner.

Wal-Mart Supercenter is overrated. Nothing fresh is good there.

Go local instead.

Yes, let's support the man on the corner of Dogwood and Heber Ave. and boost his sales.

He's already hurting from the home developers setting up the big billboard on his space, so he's resorted to just selling limited quantities from the back of his pickup truck.
