Of course, it's speculation. Everything is speculation. I won't believe in the mall until they start construction. |

The Imperial Valley Mall, scheduled for completion in March 2005, has added a 14-screen movie theater complex to its fold.
The theater is said to be state of the art with digital streaming technology, which means films will be streamed directly to theaters via satellite to ensure maximum clarity and consistent picture and sound.
Additionally, digital stereo sound will be featured in all theaters as well as reclining seats
