I heard about it from someone and then passed by the other day. It looks big and full of workout equipment, but not knowing anything about gyms wasn't able to tell if it's good.
Apparently there's a promotional deal going for couples, which is something like $60 USD a month. I don't believe there was a membership fee.
Maybe our resident health expert, Americano, has checked it out? |
don't worry about it, it's not like you work out or anything |
I do a two hour daily finger workout on my 'puter. |

Think about it.... Then you do the math and let me know. |
You sure got lazy while trying to get your GED.
We've talked about it, but there are many pros and cons to each side.
I'm for a home gym, but do I really want a room, garage or backyard full of workout equipment? I don't, so a system like Bowflex or Soloflex could work, but then now I'm at home working out and it's a little easier for me to put it off for "later."
The gym equipment is full of other people sweat and who knows what else, so that's disgusting, but when you're paying a monthly fee it hurts even more to not work out.
These are just a few reasons. Right now I'm at a point where I just gotta work out. |

i have a bowflex at my house and a pretty good bench, and am planning on buying a squat rack, before i had the bench i would always use the bowflex , it's good, but over rated.....in my opinion..i hardly use it anymore..stick to regular free weights or at least the machines, unless you plan on using it alot for a long period of time, buy it....but if not.....get a bench and/or a trenclimber, those are good.... |
