| hey all you old school caleciano's..have there ever been any concerts in calexico? (besides cage). They should build a place in El Centro or something to have good concerts (like death metal, thrash, speed, grindcore) you know..instead of all these re-gay and ska things they have every weekend. |

| The Spits came to El Centro about a month back. They are a kickass punk/garage/rock n roll band from Seattle. Even though my San Diegan ass almost couldn't make it and almost shot myself for that same reason, I heard nothing but how much of an awesome show it was. Fuck you all who went. |

STFU. The Spits came to El Centro?
The Spits are the best punk band right now. I've seen them once or twice and have missed them a few times. Once when the bastards decided to skip town and leave for Chicago when on tour with Rocket From The Crypt. They are the perfect blend of simplicity and ingenuity in the punk rock genre.
Someone please tell me they recorded the show on video. |

God damn it and damn the one who put the show together and didn't get the word out. The show was on Oct. 18 and I was in town and would have been there. Stupid punks.
Seriously, fuck you to the one who put the show together.

Boyz II Men was at Paradise (or maybe it was Fantasy Springs) not too long ago. |
