Let's report all those people living and working in the USA who drive cars with out of state (Mexican) license plates. If you are living in the USA and your car(s) does not have a state of California license plate you are breaking the law.
It's not fair these people are using our streets/road without paying their dues. Hey we have to pay our registration why not them?

Here you can report these cheaters.......
It' will ask you for the description of the vehicel, address where you have seen it,license plate, color of car and the times you have seen it (just write: I have seen this vehicle many times at different hours of the day)

| I believe this same discussion was brought up in another thread. We came to a conclusion about why we shouldn't be bitching about this. I can't recall which thread it was but if anybody remembers, bring it up. |

You guys are complaining about 150-450 dollars.
Last time I checked if you pump gas in this state you pay CA taxes. Also, if you work here then you pay CA taxes.
No one likes a snitch.
Think of all the AZ tourist that drive through Cali on weekends. |

Ok fine, let's all report these "cheaters" but what about all the US residents who go to Mexicali on weekends to get drunk and cause accidents therethinking that they can do whatever they want in Mex, or showing their car to impress the ladies down there or to put down drivers with older models, or just to be part of the overcrowding there, (which lately has outnumbered Mexican license plates in the US), |

| Mexicans should pay the US the according fees for driving here in the State of California, therefore, California license plate holders must pay their fees for driving in Mexicali and not to mention Tijuana and they should get a special extra fee for causing disturbances during the long lines back to Calexico on weekends. If they don't do this, they are breaking the law... |

| If people from Mexicali wouldn’t come to Calexico and drive on these streets to make their purchases, then we probably wouldn’t have the streets built in the first place. These people fuel up in Calexico hence paying their share of taxes used for the maintenance of roads. |
