where does the protein come from aside from peanuts? is tuna considered veggie? |
Chilli's? there is a chillis in calexico? cause i love their black beans burger patties....
Vegatarians do eat dairy products, vegans don't eat any animal by prudcuts. I'm a vegetarian but i prefer not to eat animal by products but because of all of my travels i usually only eat vegan food when i cook at home.
Protein = SOY SOY SOY!!!
i love those beans...you can make anything out of soy. |

If you're a level 5 vegan, then you don't eat anything that casts a shadow.
There are a bunch of different types of vegetarians, most of them are just posers though. "I'm a vegetarian, but I eat fish and chicken." "I'm a vegetarian, but I drink milk and eat cheese." The only true vegetarians are vegans. Nothing that comes from any kind of animal. No cheese, no milk, no eggs, no bone marrow, etc.
And while soy does provide plenty of protein, there's nothing better than flavor. That's why I recommend meat for all of your protein. You can even throw in some beans here and there.
By the way, has anyone else ever noticed that most of these vegetarian products out there try their best to taste like meat? What kind of hypocrisy is that? I enjoy my vegetarian meals, but they're just items to add to the menu, not to replace them. It's all about variety.
A cow would eat you if it could. |
