That's what I'm wondering too. They have a steel-framed structure up, but I don't think it looks anything like the plaza/strip-mall that was illustrated in the sign that was up long ago.
I wouldn't be surprised if it's another gas station... |
So what's the deal with this??? Whats going up there.. havent been to clx in a month! |

Found this illustration of the Calexico Gardens Mall. It looks real nice and it might just end up looking this way after all.

They (the people who are building it) are really taking their sweet time in developing this one aren't they???
By the way when is the city going to clean up that wanna be canal on the north side of Cole??? |
