theyre finishing up the condos next to sol market..
and theyre building more houses next to the empty lot where the new park is supposed to be built..

Hey what are they going to built next to Walmart and just south of Sonics??? I saw that they are preping the land but didnt have any signs... Also are there are any tenants moving into the new building that is being built next to hometown buffet??

next to HTB is a small stripmall with a quiznos, thats what I heard no official word. Next to walmart is a new small strip mall. at the food 4 less is the new rite aid.

What's going to happen to the existing Rite Aide on Third Street downtown?

Two locations?

Yes, Two locations. After much consideration Rite aid decide to built a new Rite aid and have two instead of moving. There is a talk that the Rite Aid pharmacy on Third will expand or somthing like that.

I think David Ouzan will move his business to the old Apple Market Building. That would be a Super-Mega-Ultra 99 cent Store.

It looks like Sol Market on Highway 98 is expanding.

There's a larger structure being built right behind the tiny Sol Market No. 2 which is obviously its new home. What I'm not clear on if it's going to be a large expansion or just a new building for it.

I was told that there are plans to demolish the little building, which if true will suck because I'm going to miss being crowded inside a little room with about 50 people trying to buy tortillas, beer and carne asada.

We need to make this building a historical landmark. What are the steps?
