I just got a call from Marco Honold and he assured me the Burgers & Beer in Calexico is NOT closing.
Burgers & Beer in Calexico will continue to stay open at their current location in 337 Paulin Ave.
Expect the same quality food and service from your local B&B while having one of their famous burgers or watching some sports on their TVs.
If you have a problem with your service or food, please feel free to contact management and let them know immediately to correct the situation. They will be glad to do so for you.
This is great news as I've had a craving for their Lava Burger ever since I last ate one. It'll probably give me a heart attack, but it sure is tasty. |

Well it looks like Burgers & Beer in Calexico is closing after all.
I drove by their location today and saw that the sign was no longer there. There were also a bunch of guys loading what looked like cooking equipment on the back of a truck.
This hasn't been confirmed by anyone who works there, or by any of their owners, but by the looks of it, Calexico can kiss Burgers & Beer goodbye.
If anyone knows any other information, keep us posted. |

That’s funny cause I went there last weekend (March 11) and there where a couple of guest at the time I was there... I think they just need to make it smaller that’s all or move into a cheaper location out of all things... plus I think it would be a more efficient place if they would have events there... but I guess the b&b guys are too busy paying attention to the El Centro locations to care about the Calexico one...
Maybe moving it next to Wal-Mart would do the trick.... |

Well, the Calexico location has been pulled from their Web site, even though the Web site page title still reads:
Burgers & Beer - El Centro - Calexico - Yuma - Indio
Looks like they packed up and left town like the Baltimore Colts. |
