I was watching a show on the US landing on the Moon. The astronauts planted an American flag and all. Does that mean the Moon belongs to the USA?

What ever happened to Art Metrano? He was Captain Mouser in the Police Academy movies. But he started off as a stage comic doing stupid tricks, humming ta ta ta ta, ta ta ta ta, and so on. Wonder if he still does that?
