To discourage "bad checks" plus they make a handsome profit out of the customer stupidity of not knowing how to balance a checking account and they make tons of money out of these "NSF". It's business and very profitable.

It was raining while I was driving home yesterday. So I turned on my windshield wipers.

Why is it that the passenger side wiper cleans the windshield perfectly, while the driver side wiper always skips and leaves streaks?

They just showed a commercial on TV for Cialis. Toward the end, the narrator said to seek immediate medical help if you suffered from Priapism. That's an erection lasting more than 4 hours.

Why would I want to do that? And how? Do you dial 911? What do you tell the medics? Hey check this out! I have Priapism, help me!!! Laughing
