| Are there any single fathers who can give any advice or comment from experience on how child custody determination and child support is determined? And any reccomendations for legal help. Thanks. |

| If your kids live with you (at least 50% of the time), go to the Child Support office and open a case against your kids' mother. This will help support you in any custody dispute you may have. |

document all the confrontations that the other half creates over the children. Keep a log-book, look up the child support calculator online and there you will find other resources. go for at least 50% if you are an involved dad. more and more dad's are getting grather custody of their children now days. Good luck!

| If your kids' mom asks you for money and you are willing to give it to her, write her a check and on the memo line write "For (your kids' names)". |
