That part is being planned. Years ago they said that a developer was making an RV golf club convention center on Browker. That project is now on hold and the new rumor is that a five star hotel resort waterpark will be there in the future with the Casino and an addition to that. Who knows? |
Wait I heard that the water park and the casino where both going to be on the 111 not over by the 98??? I even saw the picture of the proposed waterpark and it was next to jasper rd... that picture came out on the adelante newspaper a couple of months ago... |

The picture that you saw on Adelante Valle said it was the proposed casino but, in truth, there is no design of the Calexico Casino. The picture you saw was what it suppose to be the Calexico International Center that Mr. Cheng was working on but now is on hold.
They say that Casino will be on Jasper 111 but looking at things right now I think it might be moved to the east side of the city over there in meadows. Nothing is set in stone right now.
The Waterpark, might be either between on Jasper 111 or on browker. Renison is pushing for a fusion between the waterpark and the casino. Renison proposed having the Casino adopt the water park and putting them in their land to have both venues togheter.knows if that is possible but that is being talked, |

no the picture i saw was of the water park... ive never seen a picture of the casino.. |
