Last time I drove up to San Diego through Highway 98, I didn't see the water reservoirs represented with blue flags along side the road.
Have they been removed or "strategically" placed somewhere else? |

Hey man, I don't know about you, but I don't think those were very carefully planned out. If you can make it from the border to the highway... chances are you can make it the nearest town. Next to the higway is not where the reservoirs are needed. |
