Here is one place I recommend that you DON'T buy a car from or specially service your car at. You would be better making a drive to Yuma or San Diego to get a better deal. The service is the worst service I have ever seen. They never give you your car back the same day, even for a diagnostic check, they make a big deal about giving you a rental (even though it's covered),the staff are f...... rude (especially a white bitch named Heather), I'm positive that I'm not the only one who has bad encounters with these people.

I strongly agree with you. They have a really bad customer service, and their prices are not good. Next time I'll to SD to buy a car, and have it serviced at Butler's Auto Parts, could be a little expensive but it is worth it. Thumbs Up

my truck fucked up in San Diego, so I went to Courtesy Chevy in Mission Valley, it was closing time and they still took my truck in. They gave me a rental (free of charge) and the next morning at 0800 they called me to tell me that my car was ready. Why can't we have good customer service like that here in the valley.

This is the same in almost every dealership in the Valley. El Centro Motors are dicks also. I hate that place.

I was surprised and excited to find that IVC is offering customer service and appreciation courses FOR FREE to businesses and individuals in the Imperial Valley.

I will post about it in a new topic because I believe this requires some extra special attention.

My advice is to complain in a professional manner. Trust me, I have gotten some shitty service from a local dealer.

My plan was simple. Go into the dealership (not the garage) and ask to speak to the floor supervisor. Then you proceed in explaining your dilemma. Say something like, "this is the second time I've brought my car which has been a huge inconvenience for me and my family (not really, but ok to embelish). Then say, "Hey when I bought my car here the salesmen and one of the managers kept insisting to get the extended warranty because of the great service." Continue by stating that you paid X amount of dollars because you were promised good service, rental car, and all without hassle. You could finish by saying that your preparing to send a letter to the corporate offices. Before you know it your car goes to the front of the line and shit gets done. Within weeks the dealership calls you, and ask how your service was and so forth. Even corporate gets involved. Then next time you 'need' something shit gets done.

Hey, I rather be that dick guy that everyone hates at the dealership, but at least my automobile gets fixed in a timely and appropriate matter.

I tried your little plan of excecution already bro, but the bitch(Heather) called some fucking idiot who backed her shit up. I said some shit that almost got me arrested, so I took the hit and just went somewhere else. Then they sent me a survey of how the service was, it was a fucking joke.

That blows. I say you write a nasty (professional) letter to the corporate offices explaining all the involved parties, and dates.

Can't you service you car at another dealership in the Valley?

Has anyone noticed how most Yuma car dealership commercials emphasize on customer service (from sale to service) while Imperial Valley car dealership commercials emphasize on selling and getting you in the car.

The way I see it, dealerships in the Imperial Valley aren't making any promises, so you can't exactly expect great CS from them. No one's really expecting it. Not even the employees.

Now at least with some of these dealerships in Yuma, they advertise customer service and you can very much complain about the lack of if you have a problem. Referencing false advertisement might always give you the advantage.
