Unless you're having horrible problems with your dealership's service department, such as realneo is, I recommend you service your car where you bought it. This should especially be the case while it's still under warranty.
From experience, I've noticed that your dealership is more willing to repair your car under warranty since you purchased it there. They might sometimes be willing to go the extra mile for you since you're a customer.
Many dealerships seem to prioritize vehicles under these circumstances. |

| I used to work there and they do what ever they want too. If they dont wanna fix your car they wont all you can do is complain to the maufactor which I strongly suggest you do. Most onf the stafff there sre Butt heads and the ones who care cant help you. If you have a choice go to yuma or sd cause brawley isnt much better. Example when I worked there they had a mechanic who put a header on a neon for a sales mane when he did he left the old gasket on and still put the new one which caused a leak. lol and there pros my a$$. The parts Dept. IS pretty good tho they will help you . But sales and service suck. |
