I just called 611 for customer service and asked about waiving the ETF if I moved to a country they didn't cover. The answer was "no."
They tried explaining that they can't control where you move, so it doesn't waive the fee. I was going to explain how I can't control how good their service works in my area, but today is so freakin' hot... the radiation from the phone plus the 110+ heat rays knocked me out. |
