Spelling is visual. Just like reading. That's a pretty big handicap. |
She reads braile...that's not visual. |

When seeing folk try to spell words, they usually try to picture it in their heads.
When most people read, they recognize words like a picture, not letters. It's visual, obviously.
The fact that she can't visualize the words, probably makes it more difficult. |
