NO   sadly we lost it this year....we had won it the 2 previous years, and we only needed this year to keep it forever....it wsa the fault of the new badn teacher (seeing as to how we only lost by .8 of a point, yet she still got pissed off when I told her we needed to practice the day before Cattl Call.... |

The 97/98 sweepstakes trophy was supposed to stay at CHS indefinitely, Cattle Call had retired that trophy and they told us that we could keep it. So you should look around... It’s good to look at what the CHS band has accomplished throughout the years, maybe next year you guys can go back and kick ass!!!!
PS: Band directors often do some idiotic thing when it comes to band... when I was in band, we got invited to the Rose Parade and the Bad Director at the time (which will remain nameless) decided that we weren’t cut out for the parade. Go Figure. |

Bromling used to teach at Willie Moreno (for I don't know how many years...more than 6 though) and I heard he taught at CHS for some time too |
