Good Food Service in the Imperial Valley

I thought I'd change it up a little bit with more of a positive spin on Calecia.com by mentioning those that actually do offer good or great food service in the Imperial Valley. Even though it seems like most of the time you go somewhere to get something to eat you end up leaving with a bad taste in your mouth from being mistreated by a food server (waiter/waitress), there are in fact times when a waiter just surprises the hell out of you by doing their best to make you feel right at home in their place of work.

Right off the top of my head I can think of one waiter that could teach the rest of the Imperial Valley's food service employees how to treat a customer. Unfortunately I don't recall his name, but he is a waiter at the Denny's in Calexico, works the breakfast shift, and is probably in his early twenties. I don't know the story behind this guy, but who does he think he is treating his customers right? Is he not from the Imperial Valley and does he not realize that we expect being treated like crap?

Anyway, props to this waiter at the Calexico Denny's. If Calecia.com had an annual best food server award, I'd be nominated you.

Millie's in El Centro gives good service (at least to me). It's surprising, since a lot of the people that go there actually treat the waitresses like shit.

I think Applebee’s has decent service, or maybe when I’ve gone I’ve been to drunk to tell. No but they haven’t disappointed me, at least not until now. GOOD WORK APPLEBEE’S.

Cicinnelis in Imperial, Italian food restaurant. Great food, great service and not bad on the prices.
