Real Italian food is supposed to be hard, in the center at least. |

I read a while back that it's "ghetto" to order pasta at a fine Italian restaurant. |

I'm just relaying what I read. I usually order the finest pizza when I eat Italian. |

I've got to give props to Celia's Restaurant in El Centro.
It may not be authentic Mexican, but it's good, and the service is polite and fast. |

| Cicinellis was good, unless I am used to substandard food. Also Juniors on Adams Ave. in El Centro serves fast, good sized portions of good american dishes at an affordable price. |

| Talking about Italian, Live Oak Springs in the area of the Golden Acorn Casino has a restaurant that serves different types of food, but their Italian is great, a nice romantic dinner. |
