I'm starting to call troll here. This "cholo" personally e-mailed me with almost the same message posted here and that's usually more than the abilities that your common cholo has.
He would indeed be the perfect C.com troll too, since he is acting like a complete cholo, annoys the hell out of everyone and continues to type his posts with the dreaded "Caps Lock" key enabled.
The 666 part make no sense at all either. Is he a devil worshipping cholo? If so, then he's alright in my book, but I doubt he follows Satan and is merely using the Number of the Beast to portray his "evil" intentions of murdering the cops, us and our families.
He also claims to have avoided the local PD (I assume Calexico Police Department) and if this is the case then our local law enforcement has failed us by allowing a miserable scumbag such as Ese Payasito to roam the streets we live by.

You see, most cholos always think you have a staring problem with them, but they are actually very self conscious about some defect they have that they have to yell out, "WTF you looking at?"
I don't care if you're a cholo or not, but if you have a bad attitude then VALV. That or I'll call the cops on you, like I did with an other idiot I encountered, 'cause I don't have time for claiming and fighting for government property.
