Supposedly they're opening one up in the Valley Plaza where JC Penny used to be. |

| good to hear of such projects for the people of the valley. mall, gym in the works, the right direction. Just hope no more prisons come out this way, with rapists murderers etc in our desert backyards. has anyone heard of the proposed idea of an airport to be built around seeley? |

that is a bunch bull. they have been saying that for years. You're better off creating your own at home gym. No annoying music, sweaty fat people, or steroid freaks that crush your ego. |

I was surprised to see the "As See On TV" product Ab Lounge II at Costco. They have it for about $95.
Does this thing work or is it just another workout contraption that puts you in a very awkward situation when someone walks in on you during its use. Kinda like the Gazelle. |

It works, to a certain extent, and you have to do a shit load of them to get a pump going. |
