Cafe Smart: A place to relax and surf on the Internet

There is this new place in Calexico that is called Cafe Smart and its the first ever internet/cofee place were you can go drink something and use the internet to do your work if your computers fails.

That is what we all needed here in Calexico. To use the internet you only pay three dollars and you are free to chat, lisen to music, use video and print paper and/or use the webcam.

They also sell computer software, computers, cellphones and much more.

Cafe Smart is located at Heber Avenue........in front of the Calexico City Hall.

For placing this commercial plug, you're gonna have to go back and set Calecia.com as the home page on all the computers.

Not to mess up this thread, but less than a block away is SDSU, where you can use the internet for free. The coffee (though cheap and nasty) is also free, unless you want to buy Cappuccino in Aztec shop for about $1.50. The bad part is that they just started this policy of keeping non-students away from the computers, I just don't know why. The computers are available most of the time and supposedly the library is a place for the community. That decision was very unfair in my opinion.

But that Smart Cafe seems to be a nice place, but I don't know any SDSU student on anyone else that frequents the place, despite its proximity. I was once invited, but preferred to stay in campus.
