Just to let u know...Carlos Cital, Class of 94, was involved in a car accident Sunday Jan. 30. Right now he is at the UCSD ICU Medical Center. As far as i know he will be having surgery tommorow around 11:30am to remove bone chips in his spinal cord. Unfortunately, his passenger and friend Lupe Espinoza, did not survive the accident....May our prayers and thoughts be with both families during these diffucult times. More updates as soon as i know more.

So update on Carlos...He made it through surgery and has been taken off his respirator. He's at UCSD in Hillcrest. According to Vanessa, visits from friends seem to cheer him up, so keep them coming.
Here's hoping for as speedy a recovery as possible.

Lupe's wake will be tomorrow, Thursday, February 3rd, 2005, and he will be buried in Calexico the next day, Friday, February 4th, 2005.

I hope to have more details soon.

I'm shocked to inform that Carlos Cital died today, even after his health appeared to be improving. I don't know any of the details as to the cause of his passing. Right now I can only hope that he is in peace and his family will be in good hands for the future.

Carlos, you'll always be one of us.

Visitations for Carlos Cital will be held at Hems Brothers Mortuary in Calexico, CA on Thursday, February 17th, 2005, from 6 PM to 9 PM.

Services will be also be held at Hems Brothers Mortuary the following day, Friday, February 18th, 2005 at 10 AM.
