Have any of you made a pathetic attempt at making some food you craved when you were broke or didn't have a car or something?

One time we really wanted some pizza but we didn't have cash or a car. We didn't even have spaghetti sauce! So we made some toast put ketchup on it and sprinkled some oregano and garlic salt. Then we put some jack cheese on it and sliced a weiner on top.

ok, your turn.

I remember once I was in the mood for an ice cream sandwich, but we didn't have any. What we did have was vanilla ice cream, and Pillsbury Buttermilk Bread.

I thought about it for a while and decided to try it.

Damn it was good. Everybody who would see me it this stuff thought I was nuts, but trust me, it is good. The only flavors I tried were vanilla and that one with chocolate swirl. I recommend it to anybody who tries things like this.

Ramen, Ramen, Ramen, Ramen, Ramen

The only thing that beats Ramen is MUSH.

You get just about every edible food in your fridge and make it all together.

Main ingredients are potatoes, eggs, and chorizo.

Dammit lady! You obviously don't understand the point of this topic. But I do find it funny, in a pathetic kind of way, that you wont even cook a decent meal for your husband and kids. Keep your family happy and their love will fill that big hole in your soul. Posting will never do that.
