Last night I was watching a rerun of HBO's Real Time with Bill Maher when George Carlin appeared as part of a panel of guests. The guests were discussing politics as usually, but this reminded me that I had missed George Carlin's live appearance in Indio and that I was still a little pissed off about that.

Anyway, Bill Maher mentioned that George Carlin had a new book coming out on October 12th titled When Will Jesus Bring The Pork Chops? (Buy from Amazon.com). The new book, written by George Carlin, expresses his views on religion in the world and politics. If you're familiar with George Carlin, then you know how passionate he is about this subject.

I remember Carlin's book, Brain Droppings. That one had pretty good material in it.
